Thank you for supporting our little plant business. Here is everything to know about how we pack, ship, and stand behind your order.

Care & quarantine
Our plants are treated with Captain Jack's Deadbug Brew, beneficials, sulfur, and SNS209, Kontos, Safari, or PureCrop1 (depending on what we feel is best). Even so, please still quarantine all new plants when they arrive to keep the rest of your collection safe.

Weather & arrival
Keep an eye on your local weather and arrange for someone to bring your plants inside when they arrive. Heat and cold can both be hard on a plant left waiting on a doorstep.

The risk of shipping live plants
Shipping live plants comes with some risk, including leaf drop, yellowing, and cosmetic damage. This is normal and to be expected. We pack with fluff and care, the way we like receiving our own plants. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for weather damage, delays, lost packages, or carrier mishandling.

If something is wrong
If there is an issue, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video that begins with the package still sealed and films the opening, showing the plants as they come out of the box. Claims without this video cannot be honored.

We all have lives outside of caring for our plants, so clear and kind communication keeps everyone happy. Please, no ghosting.

All sales are final
All sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges. While we can't guarantee outcomes once packages are in the carrier's hands, we value our customers and will always do our best to work with you if any issues arise.
